Instructions
Take 1 capsule once a day in the morning, preferably before breakfast, with water. Ubiquinol (coenzyme Q10) is a fat-soluble substance and is better absorbed when taken shortly before a meal. Make sure your breakfast contains some fat to support optimal absorption of Ubiquinol.
